❌ Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy

At PRASANJ ISLE, we are committed to offering a smooth and fair experience to all customers. Please read our cancellation, refund, and return terms below.

✅ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 days of placing the order.

  • Cancellation may not be accepted if order processing or shipping has already started.

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers) and digital products (eBooks, courses) cannot be cancelled once delivered/access provided.

📦 Customer Returns (For Physical Products Only)

We accept returns under the conditions below:

  • Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product Opening/ unboxing video is must in case of return/exchange.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags & accessories.

  • Return applicable if:

    • Damaged or defective product received

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Product not as shown or described

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement. Re-delivery of replacement/exchanged items will be done within 3-7 days of receiving the product back from customer.

Note: Return shipping costs may apply unless the product was defective/wrong item.

✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds are offered in the following cases:

  • Damaged or defective product received (reported within 7 days)

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Product not matching description or expectations (reported within 7 days)

❌ No Refund Cases

  • Product damaged due to customer misuse or handling

  • Cancellation request after the product is shipped

  • Return request outside the 7-day window

  • Product returned without original packaging/accessories

⏳ Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed  within 1–2 business days after inspection of returned product. Same will be credited with 3-5 business days after processing and is subjected to Bank Holidays'
